Another super leopard sighting

By Patrick O’Brien on November 16, 2008

Rockfig Jnr leopardess managed to secure a small but adequate meal for 2 days.

Not far from the camp Morné located this stunning leopardess on an afternoon drive.

She soon led us back to a termite mound and rested causally before returning to a Steenbuck that she killed during the day. This was placed under a thick shrub to hide it away from potential competitors. Feeding lasted 2 days before she disappear like a ghost in darkness.
