Tiny Timbavati – Beyond Big 5 Safaris

By Kings Camp Team on July 27, 2018

The diversity of wildlife in the bush is incredible and when guests come on safari they are very keen to view the Big Five (Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo, Lion and Leopard). If lucky they will add other species to the list such as Cheetah and Wild Dogs which are both critically endangered, however, it can be just as exciting to find the smaller creatures.

Here are a few examples of the smaller wildlife that you may find when on a safari at Kings Camp, many of which would be rarer to find than an elephant!
